Resistance to change

As you allow the Golden Light of Grace to sift into your body, you can feel the effects, the peace it brings. Parts of you with whom you are not in conscious contact also receive this infusion of divine energy and are helped by it in spite of themselves. You notice for example, that as you begin this connection to us, and as you feel your energies rising to meet our vibration, the vibration we send to you, parts of you try to distract you from this joyful enterprise in a variety of ways. One of the ways is to remind you of unfinished tasks on your “to do” list. You know that there are always these unfinished tasks and that your communication with us is the most important work you can do now. Yet, parts of you who are not in tune with this wish, with this endeavor, with this calling, are uncomfortable with the change. They are not so sure they like to feel the higher energies. So they present their own agendas which can often be couched in the most benign of terms: usually that it is time now to accomplish something in the old way, in the ordinary way, some physical task, some mundane task. You know the saying of the writer who is blocked, that he is spending all this time sharpening his pencils? You can spend all your time doing good and necessary mundane tasks, the things the body needs, the house needs, and thereby never get around to your connection to higher wisdom, to the guidance that can help you through this coming tumultuous period in human history.

So, we are very glad you have set aside this time to talk with us.

You have seen, as you work with patients, how you do not always energize yourself to the degree that you feel right now. You allow your fears too much room in that setting. You must be very courageous in a sense, very full of yourself, full of your True Self. In that state you know what must be done and you know that few are capable of doing it because few have ever tried to learn to work in the way that you are working. So a certain degree of pride is needed. It is not that you are celebrating your individual prowess, without acknowledging that we are helping and providing the guidance and the energy for transformation. But is is important to acknowledge that you are a key participant in the exchange of energies that can heal yourself and others. Do not let your humility disempower you. Do not let your ego disenfranchise you. Somewhere in the middle is the recognition that you are a god and a man at the same time, that your being lives on many levels, most of which you cannot perceive in your current state. But you can have faith that your own being is large enough, lives on a grand enough scale to accomplish great things.

And this is true of humanity in general. As we move together into this new age, people will begin to realize to what a great degree their own sense of selfhood has been rushed and hidden from them. They will no longer be content to look to others as if they are gods, the way people view rock stars, sports stars, leaders, now. They will understand that all people are god-like as well as animal-like. Everyone. People will begin to feel this in their bones, as you say. They will feel it at a deep level that calls to them to accept their true nature, their true grandeur.

Yes, this "fear".....of the boogie man, I think... sometimes makes itself known and I back away into a state of holding back from my greatness and my willingness to channel immense Power. But as soon as I get back up on the horse, so to speak, inside myself, then I am reminded and I remember...there isn't anything really to fear, I don't think. I have a belief that doing this work on our own is difficult without close mentoring, teaching, comaraderie. Meeting on the phone tonight, telling the others of an upcoming case with a 3 month old who was born 3 mos. premature, brought forth my inherent confidence as I listened to their ideas about how to enter the energetic field with the Mother. We have teachers and we spend time with them for a while and then they are gone to a large degree. Not like I imagine it might be to have a close teacher holding me under his or her wing, watching, course correcting, etc. I would really appreciate that in my life at this time.

I am so thankful for meeting the right people and learning the lesson of being true to myself, it continues to be a great journey and insightful experience. There is so much to appreciate. Changes in thoughts and actions is the only way we can grow as people, this is the path I want to follow for the rest of this lifetime.

But this also explains why we do not need "gurus" to follow absolutely what we are told and to ignore our own inner sense of what is needed. We still need teachers and those with other insights and perspectives, but to follow another person mindlessly abdicates our personal responsibility and opportunities to see and grow.
